Aleksandra has peaked on the coveted beatport charts for her production, “Sibling Rivalry,” which she co-produced with her brother, Jake Chec. She was featured on Hi-Bias' Compilation CD - "Canada's Finest House Vol. 2." She’s opened for the likes of Steve Porter, Alex Kenji and Hatiras, and has been on the same bill as Sasha, Erick Morillo, Hernan Cattaneo, John Acquaviva, Benny Benassi, Paco Osuna, Christopher Lawrence, ATB and Ferry Corsten.

By far not a one-dimensional DJ/producer, Aleksandra delivers a blend of chunky, rolling, phat tech-house and techno but adapts her sound to any venue setting whether it is underground or commercial. Her versatility and programming is what keeps Aleksandra one of Canada’s fastest risers within its electronic music scene. Since purchasing her very first turntables at the tender age of 16, she’s played all the major cities across Ontario and landed a coveted residency at Canada's #1 club The Guvernment, where she has also played at its annual Freedom event. She has repeatedly rocked other renown clubs including Comfort Zone, Footwork, Boom Boom Room and Film to name a few. Aleksandra has also traveled to play throughout Poland, USA, Vancouver and Quebec and is signed to the Hubvibes DJ agency. In addition, Aleksandra donates her musical time to numerous charitable events for breast cancer awareness and a local animal sanctuary.

On a more personal level, this hard working girl recently graduated from Ryerson University on the Dean's list with a Bachelor of Commerce while working as a teaching assistant on top of her busy DJ schedule. She is of Polish descent but was born in Italy, and raised in Canada. Both of her parents are professional musicians with their Masters in music so it was only natural that she pursue it in some way.

As her career continues to build momentum you can expect more releases, expansion into the USA, and her mixes continuing to air on the Executive Mix (100.7FM Toronto), Frisky Radio (USA), Night Clip (Brazil) and more. Aleksandra is well on her way to being one of Canada’s greatest musical exports showcasing skills and versatility which erupts dance floors everywhere.
